The new program vt4 'baked goods' is a program in which Sophie Dumont is super tasty and simple things, this Sunday I felt inspired by an earlier episode in which she makes bread rolls. The recipe is for about 30 rolls zodus I have the recipe slightly adapted to two people who are not 30 rolls but rather about 10 rolls able to stand up ... Ingredients: 187 g wheat flour (I used those of AVEVE) 187 g rye flour (I used here just white flour, not self-rising) 10 g salt 10 g honey (nice touch) 21 g yeast (fresh) 225 g of ice water (how? eg half ice weigh and complement further with cold water) Topping to Choice Method (Preheat oven to 260 degrees) in a bowl, the two types of flour mix, make a well.
