This is a continuation of the previous post about making your own lip balm. There are both advantages and disadvantages to creating your own products cracks at corner of mouth ... and the first time you do something new, you learn pretty quickly what works and what does not work. Because you should not have to make the same mistake ...
This did not work ... Using cans to the recipe was not recommended because cerate became very hard and was difficult to catch up with the naked finger, so it sticks better to use (and yes, it worked great). HOWEVER, you can use the jars if you heat up cerate by circulating your finger in the jar. Next time I will add more almond oil and beeswax less for a creamier texture. This went a bit wrong ... I found that I had used too much cocoa mass then cerate gave off color. An almost invisible color that absolutely does not interfere ... but still. Next time I will either exclude cocoa mass, or try using a little less cocoa mass. Not entirely successful ... ... To use old lipstick stick that container when it did not work at all. Cerate just stuck and stuck. However, it worked fine with containers that are actually supposed to eyeshadow (the white has become my favorite). To think about ... The mixture solidifies incredibly fast and can be difficult to remove from containers and pots. I used steel wool to the saucepan and got put the whisk in wet (warm water) to remove the remains. Next time, I intend to make lip balm with a friend so that one can wash directly while the other fixes to ceraten, put them in the fridge and so on. But it is right najs ... ... Being able to make your own lip balm. You can basically determine the content all by himself, exclude what you do not want, or possibly are allergic to. It feels very luxurious with own eyeshadow. It does not take long to do and base (beeswax, almond oil, coconut oil) are very cheap. Then it's just that plussa on with what one likes to get activity and possible flavor / scent / color.
