We have had enough for today and have a site picked in Pounawea. But before we go away we take a tu

It is half past nine when we wake up, put no alarm, which is sometimes good. At ten o'clock we have the RV back on the road and we have not yet figured out a night in Invercargill to sleep but to travel to the north. Quietly along the coast We do not have a fixed plan, we'll see where we end up, but first look for the outdoor and gun shop that we had discovered in a folder. After that, the Indian Burt Munro's turn.
The entrance to and from the camp, he was not really. With up an address but no number you must still nice drive back and forth. Invercargill is large, has long wide streets and once beautiful buildings. It looks a bit rundown all. Well, found Severinus hangs like a conversation with a helpful staff member who knows anything about hunting regulations in New Zealand. structural holes We still score a sweater and a shirt for little in a package deal so Seef is already structural holes quite "happy, structural holes happy, happy." Outside we walk a little shopping because we were told that there "engine" of Hayes & Sons ever could be, who else was really in the store itself. Let's see then, but; it appears to be that there is exhibited in a glass case a replica.
So on to Hayes & Sons, with the map there, we have so found. This is really unbelievable ..... it's just Auke Rauwerda but then all the merchandise on display. And now it comes between those commodities are old engines, rare copies, not just old. But old race cars, bicycles, old tools such as saws, lathes, planes, chisels, drills and saws. Actually structural holes it is a museum throughout the store going. And of course, here is the original of the Indian Burt Munro where it has established. His speed records We scour the entire store now and in the adjoining property is a stunning 57-er Chevrolet Bel Air with continental kit. Rare beautiful but it is unfortunately not shipped we are told, we do not even have money but the idea is nice. There is also one of the first freight cars from Hayes & Sons, here is the transition to the shopping area with living and kitchen items. If they are going to use this concept in the Netherlands, like most men probably with shopping :-)
Outside we take some pictures of dilapidated buildings, have lunch somewhere and go off again. We take the Coastal route to Dunedin. It's another wonderful way in which we find it somewhat like "Teletubby-land". A hilly landscape with occasional still much height difference with a lot of sheep in the meadows and occasionally some cows. We drive along the coast and are stopping at the lighthouse Waipapa. The jacket should be closed properly otherwise we blow out, but we bravely walk towards lighthouse and beach. Nestled in the dunes suddenly a "giant" sea lion. Do not ask us how to get there but it was nice to sleep from the wind. We are neat remained at a respectful distance, as indicated by signs. Beyond structural holes the lighthouse comes from the dune path on a stand with 2 lions lie, one of which is also quite up to standard. From the dunes we take a few snaps and walk a little structural holes the other way. There we see a sign warning of tsunamie's. Hmmmm, we have enough uitgewaaid, time to move on.
We have had enough for today and have a site picked in Pounawea. But before we go away we take a turn again, this time once again to a waterfall; the Purakanui Falls. 10 minute walk this time and no-climbing, which is a cinch so! This waterfall is different .... it is one that is increasingly broad, beautiful. Well we know the trick now .... camera ready, wait .... other tourists go sideways structural holes .... but clicks.
Another beautiful barn find. Another 20 minutes in the car and we are on the spot. Another site that is on the sea, this time not on the sea but on an inlet. It is reasonably wind resistant, so good enough. We cook your own meals in the shared kitchen pasta together and have a chat with other campers who among others are from New Zealand and Belgium. Belgians who live anyway since half a year in Australia, Brisbane. We really do not. Invent the Back at the RV we make some plans for tomorrow, but you still reading.
